Sela Health was founded in 2013
to provide the highest-quality mental health services. Our first office was opened in the Utah valley overlooked by the beautiful Wasatch mountains of Utah County in Provo, Utah.
As our reputation grew, so did our practice, and we soon opened a second location in Lehi, Utah to serve our clients who live in the northern part of the county.
Since that time, Sela Health has grown to four Utah locations, dozens of clinicians, and has expanded to Las Vegas, Nevada and Henderson, Nevada. We operate therapy practices under the names Utah Valley Counseling, Alliant Counseling, and Las Vegas Counseling.
Our therapists are licensed professionals with advanced degrees in mental health disciplines. The education, state licenses and professional code of ethics they follow ensures that they will provide ethical, evidence-based therapy and counseling services to every person who chooses a Sela Health office. We offer unparalleled mental health therapy and relationship counseling both in person and via tele-health or online counseling.
Our providers are credentialed with many of the most commonly used health insurance companies in Utah and Nevada.
Sela Health’s goal is to expand to reach clients from all over the states where we have offices, adding clinicians and physical locations to meet the growing demand for our services.
Sela is a Hebrew word, meaning “rock.”
