Sela Health was founded in 2013

to provide the highest-quality mental health services. Our first office was opened in the valley overlooked by the beautiful Wasatch mountains of Utah County in Provo, Utah.

As our reputation grew, so did our practice, and we soon opened a second location in Lehi, Utah to serve our clients who live in the northern part of the county.

Since that time, Sela Health has grown to four Utah locations, dozens of clinicians, and has expanded to Las Vegas, Nevada. We operate therapy practices under the names Utah Valley Counseling, Alliant Counseling, and Las Vegas Counseling.

Our therapists offer high-quality mental health and relationship counseling both in person and via telehealth or online counseling.

Our providers are credentialed with many of the most commonly used health insurance companies in the areas where we serve our clients.

Sela Health’s goal is to expand to reach clients from all over the states where we have offices, adding clinicians and physical locations to meet the growing demand for our services.

Sela is a Hebrew word, meaning “rock.”
