I am a licensed associate clinical mental health counselor. My hope as a counselor is to make a meaningful difference, help clients realize their full potential, and empower them every step of the way. I’ve worked with families, individuals, and couples in marriage counseling, and I truly love what I do—there’s great joy in helping my clients find hope and purpose again. I primarily use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy to provide the best support I can. Over the years, I have had a deep passion for working with young people, and I’ve had a chance to work with clients who have some very challenging personal and family situations. I’ve had the pleasure of working with individuals of all ages, from 12 to 65 years old. My heartfelt goal is to support those who have gone through traumatic events, guiding them gently as they process their past with compassion.

I’m also glad to offer mental health services in Spanish whenever needed.
