I have over 6 years of mental health experience as a psychiatric technician and registered nurse caring for people with diverse diagnoses and backgrounds. I have extensive experience working with individuals with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, mood disorders, and ADHD. I am HAES aligned and offer weight-inclusive care.
I am passionate about helping others on their journey to achieve optimal mental wellness. I recognize that every person is unique and mental health treatment is not “one size fits all”. I am committed to offering individualized and holistic care by utilizing medications, therapeutic tools, and sustainable lifestyle adjustments.
