I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, insomnia, or other mental health conditions, I’m here to meet you where you are. I believe in creating a personalized plan that fits your unique needs and can evolve with you. For some, that includes medication as a short-term tool; for others, it becomes a key part of long-term well-being. I understand that deciding to take medication can be a big step, and I’m here to talk through your options openly and respectfully.

I am only one person on your care team. I understand that this journey is yours, and I want to work collaboratively with you and your support system (friends, family, therapists, other medical providers, etc) with the goal of helping you to achieve your goals and experience peace and a fuller, more engaged life.
